These Terms & Conditions govern your use of flikgear.com and your purchase of products from Flikgear (UEN 202627277R), a business based in Singapore. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Flikgear sells refurbished and used technology, starting with laptops. These are pre-owned devices. Each listing describes the device's specifications, cosmetic condition grade, battery health and warranty coverage.

Cosmetic condition is described using our condition grades. As pre-owned goods, minor cosmetic variation between units is normal and is reflected in the grade and photos shown on each listing.

All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and, where applicable, are inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST). Any delivery charges are shown before you complete checkout.

Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, HitPay. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order if a product was listed at an incorrect price.

Your order is an offer to purchase. Because each unit is one-of-a-kind, stock is limited and an item may sell before your order is completed. We accept your order when we confirm payment and allocate a unit to you. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

We deliver within Singapore via our logistics partner (EasyParcel) and appointed couriers, and self-collection may be offered where available. Delivery timeframes are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. For details, see our Shipping & Delivery information.

Unless stated otherwise on the listing, Flikgear provides a limited hardware warranty (typically 6 months) from the date of purchase. Battery-health warranty coverage, where offered, is shown separately on each listing. Register your warranty via our warranty registration flow.

The warranty covers hardware faults arising from normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repair or modification, software issues, consumables, or normal wear and cosmetic ageing. Battery capacity naturally degrades over time and is covered only to the extent stated on the listing. To make a claim, contact us with your order details.

If a device arrives faulty or not as described, contact us promptly and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your rights under Singapore law. Full details, including any return window and conditions, are set out on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Some sales occur through channels such as Carousell, Facebook Marketplace, or WhatsApp. Where a device is registered to your Flikgear customer profile, the warranty terms shown at the point of sale apply. These website terms govern purchases made through flikgear.com.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flikgear's total liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data or profits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, including your statutory consumer rights.

All content on this site — including the Flikgear name, logo, text, images and design — is owned by or licensed to Flikgear and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
