Our standard warranty of up to 6 months covers internal hardware defects and device malfunctions that happen during normal everyday use. It does not cover accidental damage such as drops, cracks, liquid spills, or software issues caused by viruses and malware.
What condition grades does Flikgear offer?
We grade devices on cosmetic appearance only, while functionality is tested separately. Flikgear uses Open Box / Like New, Excellent Refurbished, Good Refurbished, and Fair Refurbished so you can understand wear before you buy.
